Verdugo Hills Chapter BPW RSVP Guidelines

1. All RSVPs must be in by Thursday, 5PM prior to the general meeting.
2. Prepays: It is not imperative, however it would be helpful, to know when a member will not attend a meeting.
3. Standing List: Member must pay if standing RSVP is not canceled by Thursday, 5PM prior to the general meeting.
4. Members that cannot attend after giving an RSVP will need to pay regardless, unless the RSVP is canceled by the Thursday, 5PM deadline.
5. Non-members must RSVP and pay by the Thursday, 5PM deadline.
6. Members and non-members may attend the meeting without an RSVP. They will be charged $30 at the door, and lunch cannot be guaranteed, based on meeting facility availability.
