This teleconference will feature the Denver Regional Council of Governments’ (DRCOG) telework program and how they have helped more than 100 organizations implement or enhance teleworking.

Featured Speakers:

Donna Dailey is the Telework Coordinator for the Denver Regional Council of Governments. In this position, she assists companies in the Denver metro area with implementation or enhancement of telework programs. The program has reached out to over 100 companies to date, assisting with policy development, presentations to management, training, educational forums, survey tools and implementation kits. The mission of the program is to alleviate traffic congestion and help mitigate air pollution, but Donna is a firm believer that teleworking is beneficial to a company's bottom line, whether it boosts productivity, decreases absenteeism, or is a great way to improve employee retention and recruitment. She has seen the benefits of teleworking from both sides of the fence, having teleworked full time for two years prior to joining DRCOG, and currently working from home at least one day per week.

Linda Casey is the Senior Manager, Operations for McKesson, Medical Health Solutions. Ms. Casey oversees the work at home (WAH) project, work force management functions, and 1st and 2nd tier support for WAH agents at McKesson, Medical Health Solutions.  McKesson runs multiple clinical call center and field-based operations in North America linked as a virtual network (Denver, Chicago, Jackson & San Juan) and has expanded the virtual network to include “at home” nurse and non-nurse agents.  Ms. Casey started working for McKesson in 1997, and during her tenure, has worked on the URAC accreditation project, work force management, and the W@H project.  Prior to working at McKesson, Ms. Casey worked at Medical Group Management Association in their Human Resource and Business Operations departments. She has a B.A. in Business Administration from Metropolitan State College of Denver.
